Understanding your audiences just got faster with the release of instant insights. Now, you can grab quick ready-made insights on your audience's demographics, interests, attitudes and many more at the click of a button.
How does it work?
When you create a new audience in the GWI platform, simply click on the option “view instant insights” at the top-right corner of your screen.
This will automatically generate top insights that are unique to your audience. These insights are based on the most popular GWI Core profiling points including personal interests and values, brand discovery attitudes, social media services used, and media consumption. Once you have viewed your instant audience insights, you can either choose to convert them into an interactive dashboard, or export them to share within your own content.

You can also view instant insights on any of your existing audiences. Simply select the audience you wish to generate insights for, and select "view instant insights" from the top right.

Introducing Zeitgeist instant insights, a new feature that has been added to instant audience insights, also referred to as the new 5th card. This feature leverages the latest Zeitgeist data by automatically creating insights based on this month's trending events/topics, and is applied directly to your audiences.

Who is this feature available for?
GWI professional users.
Can I adjust the market and timeframe of the insights?
Yes! Your instant insights are generated based on selected waves and locations. Simply change your audience filters to adjust your view. However, the Zeitgeist Instant Insights, will always use the most recently released Zeitgeist dataset. Currently, the wave cannot be adjusted.
Can I adjust the content of the insights?
This is not currently possible. The instant insights that are generated will dynamically update based on the selected audience, waves and locations. If you are ever unsure what the source of an insight is, you can hover over each sentence to see the questions and metrics used.
Can I get instant insights for shared audiences?
Yes, absolutely! Instant insights are available for audiences you create plus audiences you may not have created, but that your colleagues have shared with you.
Is the feature available for all data sets?
Instant insights is available for GWI data sets. However, Zeitgeist instant insights is only available when using GWI Core and/or the Zeitgeist data set.
Does this feature work for all Core markets?
Instant insights is available for all of our Core markets. However, Zeitgeist instant insights will only appear if you are using the markets covered in our Zeitgeist data set (Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, UK and USA). This also applies to regions such as Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific.
Why is the feature disabled for my audience?
To ensure that you generate robust and reliable insights, you must have a minimum sample size of 100 respondents per audience for the instant insights to work.
Why is the sample sizes/locations in the Zeitgeist instant insights different to the other cards?
The 5th card insights are generated using the Zeitgeist data set, which is a recontact of GWI Core. The reason your sample sizes and/or locations are different, is because Zeitgeist has a smaller group of respondents than Core, and so a smaller sample size.
