What if I have follow-up questions?
GWI offers a variety of channels for support.
Email support - You can always send any follow up questions via email to the team at email@example.com.
Chat support - You can also take advantage of our live platform chat (click “Need Help” in the top right hand corner when logged in), which is available from 9:30am - 1:30am BST (3:30am - 8:30pm EST).
Help Center articles & videos - Our Help Center is full of articles and videos that walk through the platform and our data in detail.
Additional training - If your account comes with a dedicated Customer Success Manager, you can reach out to them with questions or to set up advanced training.
What if I can’t make the session?
If your schedule changes, and you aren’t able to attend your session, no worries! We will send out a recording of the session after it runs. You can also sign up for a different session if needed using the registration links above
