When working in the Crosstab Builder you can save any rows and columns you create as audiences, which you can then access from across the platform.
First, select the rows or columns you want to save by clicking the relevant checkbox(s). Next click Save as a new audience on the toolbar that opens along the bottom of the screen.
A pop-up will prompt you to name your audience. Give it whatever name you want, click Save in the bottom right, and the audience will be saved and made accessible across the platform.
Why would I want to save rows and columns as audiences?
Building detailed rows and columns that combine data points is a great way to get granular insights on your audiences. If you then save these you can:
- Quickly and easily reuse common queries with multiple data points in future Crosstabs
- Creating basic audiences and explore the potential benefits of segmenting them further within Crosstabs
- Use them as filters in other parts of the platform (like Dashboards and Chart Builder)
- Modify them in the Audience Builder.
