GWI offers a variety of channels for support:
- Email support - You can always send any follow up questions via email to the team at support@gwi.com.
- Live Chat support - You can also take advantage of our live platform chat (click “Need Help” in the top right hand corner when logged in), which is available from 9:30am - 1:30am BST (3:30am - 8:30pm EST). This is supported by a live member of the CS team.
